    The ancient Greeks invented boxing.

    And the only reason we don’t understand pankration today is because the only information we have is from artwork depicting the fighting. There are not ancient instructional manuals on pankaration.

    8:25 they show greeks boxing..Thats beyond imagination…Greeks never used boxing…They had ΠΑΓΚΡΑΤΕΙΟ pagrateo wich was as martial art so complicated even today they cant explain or understand the mechanics of it……In the lamest of terms..WE are ancient..NOT THEM 2500 years ago…Think about it….Am i right or not??

    The Colossos statue had flame in his hands to see the boats that approached the Rhodes harbour that was close enough.The boats sailed between his legs not like the video!!! But it’s a good video…

    i would have made …
    i would have made the statue from wood in sections. then added the metal exterior in sections as well. this reduces the amount of metal needed.
