Posted on March 8th, 2010 by admin in policy | 2 Comments »

to answer this question as precisely and accurately as possible, lets analyze some specific areas:

Trade policy

Federal Income tax top rates

Budgeting/Deficts,surplues etc…

Looking out for our workers, our businesses here at home etc.

So, as we look at each one of these areas and compare what things were like in a period which can be said when we were at the height of our economic greatness as a country, and look at today and how things are……what is differerent????? how do we view things different, how do we do things different policy wise?

The Value of goods and the value of the dollar. Back then, you should buy a oaf of bread for 15 cents…where as now, a loaf of bread is like $3 according on where you go and higher! Back in the 60’s, people were more concerned with fashion and entertainment! That’s where all the money was. Now in modern times, all the money is in consumer sales and marketing.

What happens to the Life insurance policy if the petitioner gets a death sentences?

Posted on February 28th, 2010 by admin in policy | 4 Comments »

I’m just curious about the following scenario
Lets say someone has a life insurance and get a death sentences.
Would the life insurance policy be automatically void?

I am sure that is one of the exceptions.

Right next to suicide is probably the one about "being involved in criminal activity that resulted in death…"

Even if it wasn’t… it takes up to 20 years from death sentence to execution… that insurance company would have to be paid 20 years worth of premiums while the policy holder sits behind bars and waits for his timely death. Chances are that they will cancel his policy on him as soon as they find out that he is behind bars…

What is the difference between contractionary and expansionary monetary policy?

Posted on February 26th, 2010 by admin in policy | 1 Comment »

What is the difference between contractionary and expansionary monetary policy? What are the pros and cons of using contractionary and expansionary monetary policy tools under recession, or robust economic growth?

An expansionary monetary policy (e.g., decrease in interest rates) increases the supply of money. An expansionary monetary policy might be used during a recession to encourage banks to extend credit to consumers and entrepreneurs. A contractionary monetary policy (e.g., increase in interest rates) would conversely shrink the money supply, and might be used to prevent or control inflation during a period of economic growth.

How can I find out if someone has a life insurance policy on me?

Posted on February 24th, 2010 by admin in policy | 7 Comments »

I am trying to find out if an estranged relative has a policy on me that I don’t know about. I don’t want to go into to many details about it but this person would definitely have all of the necessary information to open a policy on me without my knowing about it. I don’t want this person to benefit in any way. Is there anyway to do a search and find out if there is a policy out there. With so many companies, I wouldn’t even know where to start!

A life insurance policy can’t be taken out on your life without your consent or your name being forged on the application. Some carriers allow for policies to be taken throgh the mail and this person could have forged your name. If this has been done recently there is a central database you can search it is call the Medical Information Bureau. For $75 they will conduct a policy search for you.
