I’m working on an assignment where I have to incorporate aspects of funding for military projects. Where can I find out how a military research project gets funded by the government and what legislative steps are involved?
From what I can tell what I’m looking for is a type of appropriation bill that goes to the House of Representatives. If I have a project that I want special funding for, how would the appropriation process work?
