How do I find weather stripping for a casement window crank made by Republic?

I need help! I am looking for weatherstripping around the casement window crank, not the actual window. The rubberized stripping that is there is pulling out and crumbling, and apparently the window maker is Republic, who are out of business. Anyone have any ideas of where I can go or any other options?

Walmart?
